She gained professional experience in Valeo and FMC Technologies in various areas: recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, internal communication, learning & development, business processes support and HR department management. In 2014, thanks to Brainly, she discovered the world of start-ups. Currently responsible for comprehensive HR support of the international team in Brainly. Co-founder of the Talent Management in Tech Association and lecturer at AGH postgraduate studies. A strong believer in the Open-Source HR approach. Scout leader she performed functions at the local, regional and national level at The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP).
