Started at Objectivity as a Senior Software Developer but soon discovered challenges and satisfaction coming from leadership. He believes in supervision with as little interference as possible which enables teams to be more autonomous and more effective. Being a developer and a manager at the same time makes him aware of a broader spectrum of project delivery issues and thus allows him to spread a more pragmatic approach everywhere possible. Asking questions and challenging status quo became his second nature as well as mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
