2005 – 2014 worked at Grupa Onet.pl SA as HR Business Partner where she created and implemented rules, processes, and tools in leadership and capital management areas. Since August 2014 as Head of HR, she takes care of Brainly’s organizational culture, values, building leadership style and HR policies in both Krakow and NY offices.
