Wojciech Mach

He started his career in IT Kontrakt in March 2018, taking the position of co-CEO. His responsibility is international development, talent management and operation of every IT Kontrakt branch in Poland.

He has got an extensive experience in managing big and fast-growing organizations, developing employee involvement and change management. He managed many departments and projects in companies such as: Procter&Gamble, Grytek and Hewlett-Packard; in Poland, Bulgaria and Philippines. Previously he was Managing Director of Luxoft Central Europe and Luxoft Poland.

He graduated from the University of Warsaw and got a postgraduate diploma from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a postgraduate lecturer of IT Business Management.

In private, a happy father of three, technology geek, archaeology and literature lover, Ford Mustang Driver and always ready for any sport competition.
